Caracal Enhanced F 9mm Pistol Debuts at SHOT Show 2017

Caracal is kicking off SHOT Show 2017 with the introduction of its new striker-fired Caracal Enhanced F pistol designed for sportsmen, competitive shooting, concealed carry, law enforcement and military operators. This beauty was available to shoot at Industry Day at the Range yesterday and can also be checked out at Caracal’s SHOT Show Booth #2829 all week.

According to the press release, the Caracal Enhanced F is offered in 9mm and sports a 4.1-inch cold hammer forged barrel with a right-hand twist. This polymer-frame pistol also features an integral rail for mounted accessories including lights and lasers, as well as a redundant safety system that includes an integrated trigger safety, a firing pin safety and drop safety. The trigger shoe, trigger safety and trigger bar all combine into a one-piece multi-function unit (MFU) design for an intuitive shooting experience for beginners and experts alike.

The MFU design incorporates a full-length steel slide guide to boost rigidity and durability while lessening torsion and flex during recoil, the release says. The design’s sub assembly also features all internals and provides ease of manufacturing, assembly-disassembly and armorer-level service.

The Caracal Enhanced F also features an ambidextrous magazine catch, an overall slide length of seven inches and a standard three-dot steel full-length sight system. It comes with two 18 or 10-round magazines, a cleaning kit, cable lock and a user manual in a plastic carry case.
