Ruger Unveils New State-Compliant AR-556 Rifle

Ruger has unveiled the new state-compliant AR-556, which is legal for sale in the following, otherwise restricted locations: Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Puerto Rico. Similar to the standard AR-556, this new model has a non-threaded barrel, a fixed stock with a 13.5″ length of pull, and a 10-round metal magazine. In addition, the bayonet lug has been removed.
