A women’s self-defense seminar is coming to Cape Elizabeth, Maine.

According to the Forecaster, Sergeant Paul Fenton of the Cape Elizabeth Police Department will teach basic self-defense strategies designed for college-aged women, though the class is open to women ages 13 and older. Fenton has been the lead defensive tactics instructor of the local police academy for nearly two decades.

The cost of attendance is $15, and the class will take place at Pro FIT Workout on Lincoln Avenue.
