“The ACC is the most advanced competition chassis in the MDT line up,” says Matt Hornback, Public Relations Manager, “It was a logical next step to make it available for the popular CZ 455 rimfire.”
MDT Adjustable Core Competition Chassis Features
The ACC CZ 455 also enables shooters to set up a precision rimfire trainer that mimics the ergonomics of their ACC centerfire rifle. The ability to mimic the weight and feel of a centerfire rifle greatly increases training potential with rimfire calibers, according to MDT.
MDT developed the ACC with input from Team MDT competitive shooters and other precision shooters from around the world. The resulting chassis system delivers improved ergonomics and features, including a fully customizable steel weight system. Further, the weight system resides within the buttstock, barrel channel and forend. The system allows more than 9 additional pounds added to the rifle chassis assembly. The added weight allows the shooter to perfectly balance their rifle for shooting in a variety of positions, according to MDT.
The ACC comes with a Skeleton Rifle Stock with a 13.375-14.375-inch length of pull. The stock also features a steel butt pad and includes a space within for ever more weight addition. The ACC Chassis also features a full Arca rail along the entire length of the forend.
The MDT ACC starts at $999. For more information, visit mdttac.com.
