Savage Arms recently introduced its newest addition to the vaunted Model 110 rifle line, the 110 Apex Hunter XP. The new bolt-action rifle pairs the Model 110 platform with a 3-9x40mm Vortex Crossfire II scope. Further, the scope comes mounted, bore-sighted and ready to hunt.

The 110 Apex Hunter XP features the Savage AccuTrigger, thread-in headspacing, a floating bolt head and a precision button-rifled barrel. Additionally, length-of-pull adjusts quickly and easily to fit different sized shooters, according to Savage Arms.
The redesigned Model 110 platform improves rifle ergonomics, according to Savage Arms. Meanwhile, a detachable box magazine provides easy loading/unloading while afield.
The 3-9x40mm Vortex Crossfire scope provides additional versatility. Its Dead-Hold BDC reticle makes it easer to place accurate shots at extended range, according to Savage Arms. The optic mounts to the rifle via a one-piece EGW 0 MOA rail.
The combo comes in several different big-game hunting calibers, ranging from 7mm-08 Rem and .223 Rem on the low end to more powerful cartridges such as 7mm Rem Mag, 6.5 Creedmoor and .338 Win Mag.
The 110 Apex Hunter XP also comes in left-hand models, Muddy Girl Camo options and stainless steel receiver and barrel variants.
