Nightforce Optics have unveiled their highly-anticipated SHV (Shooter, Hunter, Varminter) scope, as well as their 15-55×52 Competition scope, brand new for 2014. Scroll down to watch a video which goes into detail on the SHV and Competition scopes from Nightforce.

The Nightforce Optics SHV is a 4-14x scope with a 56mm objective diameter. There are two different reticle options for the SHV: MOAR and IHR. In addition, it has a tube diameter of 30 mm (1.18in), an ocular diameter of 43mm (1.69in), and an exit pupil diameter of 12.0mm (4x) and 3.6mm (14x). The manufacturing process for this riflescope has been streamlined to make it more affordable. MSRP for the illuminated version of the SHV is $1195, the non-illuminated version will hit the market at $995.

The Nightforce Optics Competition is a 15-55x scope with a 52mm objective diameter. It comes with ZeroStop adjustments which offer 10 MOA per revolution. In addition, Nightforce is introducing four new reticles with the Competition scope for 2014: CTR-2, CTR-3, DDR-2, and FCR-1.
