WATCH: The Kitanica VESPID 30L Backpack

Whether you’re traversing the city for work, going hunting or preparing for a bugout scenario, you need your stuff. There are many different solutions for the aforementioned scenarios, but the backpack has long remained the most popular. As such, Kitanica has designed a versatile solution with its new VESPID 30L backpack.

The first and foremost consideration for a backpack is content accessibility. For this reason, the VESPID 30L has three different access modes. First is top loading, allowing you to access your contents via the lid. Second is front loading, providing access by laying the pack down and opening the front. Third is full loading, which allows you to lay the pack down and open all zippers for almost completely lay flat access to all contents, simultaneously.

At 30L, the VESPID is considered a day pack, although I would consider a little large for that. However, it would be great for an overnighter or three. Containing a plethora of internal pockets and zippered compartments, the VESPID keeps all of your contents categorized and easily accessible. Additionally, an external lid compartment helps you get to quick access items, without having to open the pack.

For business and EDC purposes, there are vertical sleeves for a computer, tablet or notebook. However, if you are hunting or backpacking, they can also carry flat lay items, like a small butt pad, etc. For bugout purposes, you might even be able to find a ballistic panel to fit in the sleeve.

When it comes to space, the VESPID has three columns of MOLLE for attaching additional pouches. Also, running along the bottom of the pack are two rows of webbing loops for attaching more items.

The fully adjustable harness is padded with closed foam and spacer mesh for added comfort. With a split tongue design, the harness allows for vertical adjustment, with added breathability as well. The stiffening element is removable for a less rigid experience and the waist belt can be removed when not in use.
