Aimpoint ACRO C-2: Bundled With Mounts for Carbine Use

Aimpoint just announced the release of its newest red dot sight. The Aimpoint ACRO C-2 comes in a series of mount configurations and optimized for rifle and carbine use.

Aimpoint ACRO C-2 Red Dot Details

The ACRO C-2 comprises a low-profile, lightweight optic built for rapid target acquisition and accuracy. It employs a 2.5 MOA dot and mates to Picatinny rails via multiple mounting solutions to fit user needs. Customers can choose between Raptilia Lower 1/3 Mount, Scalarworks 1.57″ Mount, and B&T 39mm Mount.

The ACRO C-2 runs on a standard CR2032 battery. Coupled with an advanced LED, the optic stays ever ready. The always-on function runs for more than 50,000 hours, or 5 years, of continuous use on a single battery. While the optic powers on at an optimal setting 7, digital intensity buttons are intuitively designed for quick and easy brightness adjustments of the two night vision compatible settings and eight daylight settings with no automatic shutoff or ambient light adjustments. The ACRO C-2 zeroes with tactile clicks of the flush-mounted windage and elevation adjustments.

Aimpoint designed the ACRO series with testing to withstand the G-force produced by .40 S&W on a semi-automatic pistol slide for 20,000 rounds. The red dot series remains a standard on ruggedness and reliability for pistol optics. Meanwhile, it serves as an adopted ultra-compact sighting solution on multiple firearm applications. Law enforcement, military, hunting and competition shooters all use the ACRO family.
