STR-45 Combat – .45 ACP Has Entered the Chat
Tapping into the proven performance of its Combat-series 9mm pistols, Stoeger expands the line with the introduction of the STR-45 Combat, bringing .45 ACP authority to a purpose-built, duty-ready platform. Built on the same proven ergonomics and performance-driven design as its predecessors, the STR-45 Combat features a high-traction grip and undercut trigger guard that deliver a secure hold, optimal hand placement, and enhanced control for fast, repeatable follow-up shots. Interchangeable small, medium, and large backstraps allow shooters to dial in the fit for their hand size.

Full Length Frame
The full-length frame runs flush to the end of the slide, providing ample space for mounting a light or laser, while an large magwell supports fast, efficient reloads when it counts. Up top, the STR-45 Combat is equipped with high-visibility, suppressor-height fiber-optic sights. The fully adjustable rear sight allows for precise windage and elevation adjustments and pairs with the front post to deliver a crisp, fast-acquiring sight picture. The slide is optic-ready and includes four plates to accommodate popular optic footprints.
Capacity is another standout feature. While the standard STR-45 runs 13-round magazines, the Combat model steps up to 16-round magazines—three included—for a 16+1 round capacity. The STR-45 Combat features a 5.18-inch barrel to fully harness the ballistic potential of the .45 ACP. For suppressor use, the barrel is threaded .578×28 and includes a thread protector.
