With the $0 tax stamp kicking off in January 2026, the market is demanding innovative suppressors from current and new manufacturers. At SHOT Show, every current suppressor manufacturer had something new to unveil, and several new manufacturers popped up on the scene. Now more than ever, it is a buyer’s market where there is something to fit everyone’s needs or desires. From short K cans to bolt-action lightweight hunting suppressors, to new 3D printed designs, there were a ton of new suppressors to check out at this year’s SHOT Show. Here’s everything I saw at the show!
39 Suppressors From SHOT Show

The new CT5P Patrol Silencer was designed for law enforcement officers to be ultra-lightweight, have low back pressure, and be gas-regulated. The CT5P has a shorter, lighter profile because it is designed without the HUB feature. It also reduces muzzle flash and spark to near undetectable levels. The CT5P can sustain full-auto fire and has been tested to the SOCOM SURG standard. It is rated for 5.56 NATO and 6mm ARC.

Thunder Beast Arms SPIRO

The SPIRO is a low-back-pressure gas gun suppressor that is seriously quiet at the muzzle. I was sent one of these suppressors before it was released at SHOT Show, and I was surprised by how quiet it is. The total length is 5.9 inches, and it weighs 15.5 ounces. It is made from Haynes 282, which is stronger than the popular Inconel 718. Thunder Beast Arms advertises that it reduces recoil by approximately 40% compared to a bare muzzle. After shooting it on a 16-inch barrel with 77-grain ammunition, I can say it is one of the softest shooting suppressors.

The Ambient Arms suppressor was the talk of the town at SHOT Show and was a hit at range day. The EXO suppressor has intake channels that harness ambient air to drastically reduce post-shooting temperatures, decimate the report of your rifle at the muzzle by about 35 dB, and materially mitigate unwanted blowback. The patent-pending Ambient Intake System features intake ports that pair with strategic low‑pressure zones to draw cool air directly into the suppressor. This intake mixes ambient air with hot muzzle gases to reduce operating temperatures by up to 75%. This is the coldest-running suppressor ever created. The 5.56 is compatible with 5.56, .223 Wylde, and 6mm ARC calibers. It is HUB Compatible and full auto rated, and passes full SOCOM Surge-Testing. It is recommended to perform detailed cleaning every 2,500 rounds.
