It’s tough finding a good holster for your favorite carry gun in your favorite position. It’s even tougher to find one that’s comfortable. And then it’s almost impossible to find one that can be carried comfortably in various positions–it’s the holster unicorn. I am here to tell you that the holster unicorn does in fact exist and it’s the new N8 Tactical Xecutive Holster.
N8 Tactical Xecutive
What makes this holster unique is it’s durable Spartech Royalite Holster Grade plastic, it kinda feels soft to the touch and is extremely comfortable against the skin. I usually find AIWB extremely uncomfortably, but the Xecutive changed all that for me. Trust me, buy one or two of them, completely worth it, especially at an MSRP of $49.95.
N8 Tactical bills the Xecutive as meeting the demands for serious EDC users. It accommodates both micro red dots and co-witness or suppressor-height iron sights. It also works with multiple options, depending on changing apparel needs or carry scenarios, according to N8 Tactical.
Each Xecutive comes built around a firearm-specific, single-piece Kydex molded pocket. The holster features an optic-compatible cut and sight channel along the spine, accommodating most red dot optics and elevated front open sights. The system ensure smooth drawing and re-holstering. The Xecutive also works with handguns without optics, fixed with standard-height sights.
A user-customizable tension adjustment and clip-style system brings desired functionality. Dual Chicago screws and rubber pillars allow the user to increase or decrease holster tension. Meanwhile, the holster features independent adjustment for cant and height. Carry the gun high, or position low for deep concealment–it’s all up to the user. It even works for either appendix or strong-side carry.
The Xecutive also features a smooth body size profile to minimize pressure or pinch points. The system accepts an optional Mod Wing to reduce printing as well.
The IWB holster works with a long list of popular carry guns, including pistols from Glock, Springfield Armory, SIG Sauer, Taurus, Walther, Ruger and “rail-less” 1911s with 4- and 5-inch barrels. For even more info, please visit n8tactical.com.
