5.11 Tactical Duty Kilt (TDK) | VIDEO | New Product

For the third year in a row, 5.11 Tactical has announced a limited edition release of their Tactical Duty Kilt (TDK). Click here to watch the recently-released teaser video. Originally conceived as an April Fool’s Day joke, the kilt was first released in a limited run back in 2012 due to demand. The company brought it back for another limited run last year, and this year they’re looking to continue the tradition.

Designed for use at the range, on duty and in other environments, these kilts come with interchangeable TDU cargo pockets which hold two (2) 30 round AR magazines or three (3) pistol magazines. The TDK includes belt loops which are capable of accomodating a 1-3/4″ operator’s belt. In addition, this kilt has D-rings for attaching sporran and a front belt loop which includes a badge holder. In years past, the TDK has been available in charcoal, coyote, tundra, dark navy, black and TDU khaki and green, as well as camo patterns like Realtree Xtra or Multicam.
