AB Arms’ TGrip Gets a Grip on the Tavor | New Product

The good people at AB Arms felt that a weapon such as the IWI Tavor SAR deserved a grip that was specific to the impressive weapon itself.

After realizing that the Tavor SAR had limited accessories — or accessories that were actually designed for AR-15s (and other rifle platforms) — AB Arms went to work on creating a vertical grip that the Tavor could call its own. The end product was the all new TGrip.

The TGrip follows the contour of the front hand stop lip. This prevents the index or middle finger from getting “pinched” in the gap between the lip and the grip, which has been a common complaint with the other grips on the market.

With its patent pending ergonomic design — like the side swells — the TGrip gives the shooter positive control of the TAVOR, so that they can better drive the gun. The design prevents unwanted rotation of the Tavor, which can be found on circular vertical grips.

The TGrip’s length is shorter than most vertical grips, helping keep it low profile. It fits on any MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail.

The slight inward angle of the TGrip adds less chance of catching on clothing and gear.

It is made of a proprietary blend of polymer composite material with a two bolt attachment, giving the TGrip extra strength.

The TGrip also contains a AA and CR123 battery compartment.
