Arkansas State Police Picks Wilson Combat WC-15
The law enforcement-grade patrol carbines feature Wilson Combat forged receivers. They come with 14.7-inch Wilson Combat match-grade stainless steel barrels. The package also includes the Wilson Combat M-LOK handguard. Parts used include Wilson’s enhanced bolt carrier group, Q-Comp muzzle device and the company’s own backup iron sights.
“All of us at Wilson Combat are extremely honored to be selected by the Arkansas State Police as their duty patrol carbine of choice,” said Bill Wilson, CEO, Wilson Combat. “We look forward to closely working with the department and supporting their important mission.”
In civilian options, the WC-15 most closely resembles the company’s Protector Series AR Carbine. The Protector Series comes in 5.56 or 300 HAM’R. It includes forged upper and lower receivers and a match-grade stainless steel barrel. A low-profile gas block, mid-length gas system and Q-Comp flash hider/muzzle brake provide welcomed upgrades.
