The pocket knife remains arguably the most universal and popular EDC choice. A good blade fits a myriad of rolls, and it’s always there for defense if needed. Bear Edge Knives recently released its latest EDC knife, dubbed the 61122. The new framelock knife features ball bearing washers, premium handle materials and a dependable steel blade.

Bear Edge Knives 61122
The Bear Edge 61122 measures 4 1/2 inches and comes in robust folder design typically found on more expensive knives, according to Bear Edge. The American-built framelock comes with a stain finish 440 stainless steel blade. It holds a keen edge and retains the ability to keep sharpening with ease. The Bear Edge 61122 flipper boasts smooth-operating ball bearing washers. The flipper position provides just enough protrusion to deliver easy deployment of the modified clip-point blade, according to Bear Edge.
The 61122’s handle features two different materials. One side utilizes G10 for reduced weight. Meanwhile, the other side features a smooth, black-finished stainless steel. The combination offers light weight and strength, plus a positive grip in any condition. The new EDC also includes a reversible pocket clip that works for either a deep pocket carry or easy carry in a boot.
