Bear OPS Kimura Butterfly Knife
Bear OPS worked with Bradley Cutlery Co., designer and distributor of the original Kimura butterfly. The new blade features the same smooth flipping action of the original, updated with natural G10 handles, according to Bear OPS.
The Kimura Butterly utilizes a 3 3/4-inch 154CM steel blade with a 58-60 Rockwell hardness. It exhibits a bead-blast finish and sturdy, taper-ground edge. The handles feature stainless steel 3d milled and contoured G10. Premium pivot bearings ensure smooth deployment from a 5 3/8-inch closed to 9-inch overall open length. A matching stainless steel T-latch keeps the blade secure. The total weight comes in at 6.1 ounces.
Let’s be honest, there’s just something eternally cool about a good butterfly knife. With this newest collaboration, Bear OPS brings back a classic design perfect for EDC.
