HILUX PRS 5-25×56 FFP
The 34mm HILUX PRS 5-25×56 FFP is purpose built for extra-long range. With ED glass and a 56mm objective, this first focal plane scope uses an illuminated, Christmas tree-style TRACR reticle, allowing quick hold overs. However, with stainless steel internals, the crisp clicking turrets are built for longevity. Compatible with night vision, this scope comes with sunshade, throw lever and flip-up covers.

Steiner H6Xi 2-12x42mm
Although it was introduced a few months ago, the Steiner H6Xi 2-12x42mm made its SHOT Show debut this year. This is a spin-off of the T series scopes, but designed for the modern hunter. The 30mm tube was designed to be tough. It is waterproof, fog proof and shockproof. It is lighter and the turrets have been simplified. The illuminated Modern Hunter Reticle presents duplex crosshairs and denotation for wind drift and bullet drop. A first focal plane scope offers 92% light transmission.

Steiner Predator 4S 4-16x44mm
The Steiner name is synonymous with rugged quality. The Steiner Predator 4S is the world’s shortest and lightest 4-16X hunting riflescope. The primary reason it was designed to be shorter was for use with clip-on thermal and night vision scopes. It has an illuminated E3 reticle with 11 brightness settings. It is second focal plane, fog proof, waterproof, and will operate from 13°F to +145°F.

Burris Eliminator 6 4-20x52mm
Burris released their most advanced hunting riflescope to date. This self-ranging scope offers a 34mm tube, second focal plane, 1/8 MOA clicks, 40 MOA elevation and windage adjustment capability, nine brightness setting illuminated reticle, and side parallax adjustment from 25 yds to infinity. Most importantly, it comes with the X177 Eliminator 6 Reticle which is more of a heads-up display, showing you distance, weather factors, precise holdover for distance and windage and a whole lot more.

Available in five magnification ranges, the brand new Mark 4HD series is Leupold’s Professional-Grade Optical System. Ranging from 1-4.5×24 to 8-32×56, they offer multiple reticle options in both MIL and MOA. They come in 30mm or 34mm tubes, illuminated reticles (select models), waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof construction and a unique side focus (select models).

Trijicon Tenmile 5-25×50
This second focal plane scope with MRAD Center Dot reticle can be customized to your unique ballistics. It has a 30mm tube for large come up, ruggedized design for extreme conditions, oversize turrets and exposed zero stop adjuster to make adjustments and return to zero a breeze, 10 LED brightness settings with “off” between each setting so you can easily return to the brightness you like, and a multi-position throw lever so you can put it where you want.

Bushnell Match Pro ED 5-30×56
New for 2024 is an MOA version of the Match Pro ED riflescope for those who prefer MOA over MRAD. With a class-leading magnification range, the Bushnell Match Pro ED MOA 5-30X56 has a 34mm main tube, which gives room for 100 MOA in elevation adjustments and 50 MOA in windage adjustments. The Match Pro ED also boasts best-in-class optical performance with its ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) and patented EXO Barrier coating for protection against the elements. It has a glass etched reticle, 11 brightness settings and ¼ MOA clicks.

Kahles K328i 3.5-28x50i
Available in March 2024, the Kahles K328i is a groundbreaking, top-of-the-line, long-distance scope. It offers 40% larger FOV than the K525i, a 36mm tube, first focal plane, windage adjustments on the left or right, parallax adjustment on the elevation turret, illuminated reticle, MRAD adjustment with positive tactile clicks, and available in a variety of reticles.

Schmidt & Bender 10-60×56
Another top-of-the-line scope for extreme long distance is the new Schmidt & Bender 10-60×56. This 34mm tube has a light transmission of over 90%. It has 11 levels of its illuminated reticle and parallax adjustment from 20 m to infinity. It is first focal plane, but a second version in second focal plane with an MOA reticle and ¼ or 1/8 MOA clicks is in the works. Current click value is .1 MRAD. It currently comes with the new M1FL reticle, based on their well known LRR-MIL reticle.

Riton 7 Conquer 4-32×56
The 7 Conquer is Riton’s top of the line long-distance, precision shooting scope. It has a 34mm tube, first focal plane, with HD/ED glass assembled in an EP-Level clean room. It has a unique dual throw lever system, 107 MOA adjustment range, six levels of reticle illumination, fast focus eyepiece, and is waterproof, fog proof and shockproof.

Meopta Meostar R 4-24×56 PA
This summer Meopta plans to release their Meostar R riflescopes in 1-6×24, 2.5-15×50 PA & 4-24×56 PA. They did not have a lot of information out on these yet except these will be in their premium line, they have a 1.18” tube, Meolux coatings, 91% light transmission rate, ¼ MOA clicks, and second focal plane. The first two scopes will have their 4C reticle and the 4-24×56 will have an MOA-MR reticle.

EOTech Vudu 8-32×50 SFP
EOTech takes the Vudu into the long-range precision world with the 8-32×50 SFP. It has a 34mm tube, AR coated high-density glass at the ocular lens, CX high-density, low-dispersion glass at the ocular lens, water and fog resistant, anti-reflective coated lens, and push-button illumination controls for the center dot. Adjustments are made in .125 MOA (1/8 in) clicks for extreme precision with 100 MOA vertical travel and 80 MOA horizontal travel. The Vudu HC2 reticle has MOA-based hashmarks.

U.S. Optics TXH 3-18x50mm
The U.S. Optics TXH 3-18x50mm comes with a 34mm tube, first focal plane, four fully illuminated reticles available, locking turrets, 30 mils of travel, 180° throw lever, EMCR reticle, and parallax adjustment from 10 yards to infinity. It will come out in the second quarter of 2024.

Sightron S6 10-60×56 ED FT
Available this summer will be Sightron’s S6 10-60×56 ED Field Target. It fetures a 34mm tube, Japanese extra low dispersion (ED) glass, Zact-7 Revcoat Plus lens coatings for clarity, 11 settings of reticle illumination, an etched reticle in the second focal plane, waterproof to IPX7 standards and comes 1,000G rated shockproof. The parallax wheel allows adjustment from 9 to 300 yards and the large parallax wheel stays on via magnet, making it easily removable for transport.

Apex Optics Rival X 4-32×56 FFP
With a 34mm tube milled from a solid block of 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum, the Apex Optics Rival X 4-32×56 FFP scope is not easily dismissed. Stainless steel internal components for positive clicks, 10 and 15 MIL per turn elevation turret options, zeros stop, 2-turn indicator, 15 yard to infinity parallax adjustment, 32-mil elevation adjustment, 20-mil horizontal adjustment, six levels of illumination, first focal plane, and Japanese glass.

Athlon Optics Cronus BTR Gen 2 UHD 4.5-29×56
Athlon Optics upgraded the Cronus BTR to stainless steel internals for more solid, tactile clicks. The Cronus BTR 4.5-29×56 has a 34mm tube, first focal plane, UHD low dispersion glass, precision zero stop, illuminated etched glass reticle, waterproof, XPL coating for protection from dirt and scratches, and a choice of three reticles: two in MILRAD and one in MOA.

Crimson Trace Hardline 1-10×28 34mm MIL
Crimson Trace redesigned its Hardline 1-10 scope with three reticles. It has a 34mm tube, second focal plane, .1 MIL clicks, shockproof to MIL-STD-810G test protocol, 88% light transmission, waterproof to IPX7 standards, has fully-coated optics, and illuminated glass etched reticles. These work for everything from CQB to backyard plinking.

Nightforce NX8 4-32x50mm
The Nightforce NX8 4-32x50mm isn’t new, but one of its reticles is: the MOAXT. Competition shooters have been using MILRAD for years, but most hunters prefer MOA. Adding the MOAXT to the long list of reticles for this scope seemed like an obvious addition. The NX8 4-32x50mm still has a 30mm tube, ZeroStop, Digillum reticle illumination, side parallax adjustment from 11 yd to infinity, first focal plane, but now the click values can be in .25 MOA instead of .1 MRAD.

Arken LH4 4-16×44
While the name Arken isn’t known to everyone, they have become a powerhouse online for taking on much more expensive scopes in comparisons and holding their own. Unlike most of the other scopes in the roundup, this one has capped turrets suited more for hunting than competition. With a 30mm tube and four available illuminated reticles (2 in MILRAD and 2 in MOA), they offer a traditional crosshair-style reticle (VHR) and the other is the Christmas tree-style (VPR) for easier holdovers with windage.

Primary Arms Optics SLx 1-10 SFP
The Primary Arms Optics SLx 1-10 SFP is a second focal plane scope with an M10S reticle. The reticle has a horseshoe with chevron tip for close quarters and an ACSS section for range estimation and windage. The scope has 11 illumination settings (2 NV settings), 34mm tube, with 40 MOA adjustment both vertically and horizontally, integrated throw lever, and generous 3.2-3.5 in eye relief.
