Developed for law enforcement, T-Series RDS holsters protect both the firearm and the optic. The dual-injected molded holster features a removable rotating dust cover. It further protects the optic from impact and debris.
The T-Series RDS comes in a right-handed, light-bearing Level 3 Duty model for the Glock 17. Additional gun fits will include both Level 2 Duty and L3D in left- and right-handed configurations. Gun fits will include Glock 17 and SIG P320. The holsters also accommodate the Streamlight TLR-1 and TLR-2 weapon lights.
“As more law enforcement agencies authorize the use of red dot sights on patrol sidearms, the need for a duty rated holster that can accommodate these optics has never been greater,” said Evan McNamara, Director of Product Development for Blackhawk. “With its streamlined thumb-activation retention, the T-Series RDS Holsters keep your firearm and rear optic at the ready while maintaining total security.”
T-Series holsters feature a thumb driven retention system. The holster combines glass reinforced nylon along with a soft touch inner layer. It provides a slick and sound-dampening surface. The low-friction design translates into a smooth, quiet draw, according to Blackhawk.
