Bravo Company Manufacturing’s parts and components provide a better operator interface for AR platforms. The mid-length gas system on BCM’s complete rifles and carbines is a proven performer that helps mitigate recoil. This translates to more time on target and less time recovering from recoil. The BCM bolt carrier group is a full-auto-capable version that can be used in civilian ARs.
According to the BATFE, bolt carriers are not designed or intended for converting a weapon to full-auto. The BCM bolt carrier is rugged; machined from mil-spec Carpenter 158 steel, it’s also shot peened and HP and MP tested. Drop this into your mil-spec AR, and you’ll be able to run it hard on the range.
GET A GRIP
Better control means better accuracy downrange. Bravo’s Gunfighter Mod 3 pistol grip has a reduced angle for improved ergonomics and trigger control. It is wider—about a quarter of an inch—than BCM’s Mod 1 and Mod 2 pistol grips. An extended forward tang is built in to close the gap between the triggerguard and pistol grip. The backstrap is similar to a high-rise beavertail. A hinged trapdoor provides a small, water-resistant storage compartment. These grips are available in black, Flat Dark Earth and foliage green.
The slight forward angle of the Gunfighter Vertical Short Grip gives an operator a more natural wrist angle for increase weapon control. The Vertical Short Grip can be installed backwards to reverse the angle direction for more control in rapid fire. The short, low profile of the grip makes it more maneuverable and less likely to snag on gear or the environment in which it is used. Its textured sides give it better yaw control. It easily attaches to any Picatinny or Weaver-style rail, and BCM also offers a KeyMod-compatible version. A small storage compartment is built in. This grip is available in black, Flat Dark Earth and foliage green.
MODULAR HANDGUARDS
Handguards can help you customize your AR for optimum shooting. BCM’s KMR-10 (KeyMod Rail) system gives an operator a more universal modular system for attaching various accessories. The handguard is narrower than models with conventional Picatinny rails, so it has less bulk in hand. The rail is made from a blend of aluminum and magnesium alloy that is 30 to 40 percent lighter than aluminum. Its total weight is 4.1 ounces, and it’s available in a black finish.
TAKING STOCK
BCM’s Gunfighter stock is stronger and lighter than most polymer stocks built for mil-spec receivers. Its new patent-pending latch system and stock body is engineered to dissipate impact stress when dropped on the butt or when performing malfunction-clearance drills. The design is smooth and snag-free, with no sharp edges to tangle on gear. The rubber buttpad ensures the weapon will stay in an operator’s shoulder pocket. Two types of ambidextrous sling mounting options with QD swivel sockets are included. Finish options include black, Flat Dark Earth, foliage green and wolf gray.
