Sevigny Performance Team sponsor GASTON J. GLOCK style LP announced that Brooke Sevigny won the Ladies Limited Chamionship title at the 2014 USPSA Area 8 Championship, which took place at the Fredericksburg Rod & Gun Club in Fredericksburg, VA on August 28-31. According to the press release, Sevigny placed 20th out of 103 Limited Division competitors in the overall standings. The Area 8 is the USPSA territory covering Washington DC, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia.
“The USPA Nationals and IPSC World Championship dates are fast approaching,” Sevigny said. “Now is the time to train for these events with matches like this.”
“Brooke has had a great season so far and this match is just another notch on her belt,” Beate Arnold, CEO of GASTON J. GLOCK style LP commented. “We are so proud of how far she has come in just three seasons of competition and look forward to watching her perform at the upcoming 2014 World Shoot XVII.”
Next up, the Sevigny Performance Team will compete at the 1st Annual Trijicon World Shooting Championship, presented by the NRA. It will take place at the Peacemaker National Training Center in Glengary, WV on September 10-13, 2014. As the press release notes, the match will have a number of different shooting sports events and includes various pistols, rifles, and shotguns.
