Bushnell recently announced the release of its newest reflex sight, the RXS-100. The new sight includes user-adjustable brightness settings and multi-platform versatility, all incredibly for under $100.
Bushnell RXS-100 Reflex Sight
The RXS-100 works with optics-ready pistols. It also attaches to rifles, shotguns and other firearm types as well. At $100, you can bolt them on practically every gun you own. The heart of the system is a 4-MOA dot. It comes with eight brightness settings and battery life of more than 5,000 hours runtime on a medium setting.
“With the introduction of the RXS-100, we are able to offer users a reliable, affordable reflex sight that has all of the features they requested for under $100,” said Derek Osburn, Director of Optics for Vista Outdoor. “The RXS-100 stands out from other red dots currently on the market by providing a clear, bright dot that has been designed to withstand the harsh recoil experienced when slide-mounted on pistols. We are excited to be able to bring this combination of quality and value to the reflex market and continue Bushnell’s long-standing legacy of purpose-built products.”
The RXS-100 works with a DeltaPoint Pro footprint and weaver-style mounting options, including a riser. The new sight utilizes an energy-efficient, point source LED. It creates a collimated beam for a clear 4 MOA red dot, according to Bushnell.
The RXS-100 features a 12-hour auto-off timer to extend battery life. A side-loading battery enables easy replacement without sight removal. A rugged, aircraft-grade aluminum housing helps provide durability. It shelters electronic components from recoil and hard use. An oversized hood helps reduce glare.
The optic offers detented windage/elevation adjustments with 1 MOA clicks. Digital, push-button controls adjust brightness. True Tone coatings mitigate blue tint on glass for maximum light transmission.
The Bushnell RXS-100 retails for $99.99. For even more info, please visit bushnell.com.
