CMMG 6.5 Grendel Rifles
“The AR-15 is known for its versatility with a wide range of calibers that can be fired from one lower and the 6.5 Grendel is a welcome addition to our Mk4 offerings,” said Chris Reinkemeyer, CMMG’s CEO. “This new 6.5 Grendel option reduces carry weight and manufacturing cost, which allows CMMG to pass the savings on to the consumer.”
The 6.5 Grendel provides a great addition to the AR platform. It offers a wide range of ammo, including accurate loads for medium to longer distances.
The 6.5 Grendel, originally designed for hunting medium-sized game, gained quick popularity with precision shooters. It delivers consistent long-range accuracy from an AR-15 platform, according to CMMG.
The CMMG Resolute and Endeavor 100, 200 and 300 series rifles feature a rifle-length gas system. The Resolute utilizes a 16-inch barrel. Meanwhile, the Endeavor comes with a 20-inch barrel. The rifles deliver less felt recoil, lower extraction force and less wear and tear, according to CMMG.
Each rifle also comes with one of ten Cerakote colors at no additional cost. Both 100 and 200 series models add Cerakote to the complete rifle for only $150 more.
