CMMG AR Pistols in 9mm and .300 AAC Blackout | New Product

Firearms manufacturer CMMG is introducing a new line of AR pistols which employ elements from their popular line of short-barreled rifles, including RKM7 free float KeyMod handguards. The first two models of AR pistols are chambered in 9mm and .300 AAC Blackout.

“We received a lot of feedback from our customers asking us to come out with a line of AR-style pistols,” said Jeff Overstreet, co-owner of CMMG Inc. “As you can see, we’ve listened. Like all the guns in the CMMG line, we’ve tried to keep the weight down and the quality of manufacturing to its highest standard so that you’ve got a gun that functions properly and is fun to shoot every time you take it to the range.”

The new CMMG Mk9 PDW Pistol chambered in 9mm comes with one 32-round magazine. The Mk4 PDW Pistol chambered in .300 AAC Blackout comes with one 30-round Magpul PMAG. These new AR pistols feature an 8.2-inch barrel with a 1:7 twist, a Magpul MOE pistol grip, an A2 muzzle compensator, an ambidextrous rear sling mount, a single stage mil-spec trigger, the RKM7 free-floating KeyMod handguard with slots at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions, separate 5-slot rails attached to the handguard for accessories that aren’t compatible with the KeyMod system, and a 1913 Picatinny rail for mounting optics and sights. MSRP for the Mk9 PDW is $1,099.95. MSRP for the Mk4 PDW is $1,049.95.
