The CZ 557 bolt-action rifle utilizes the company’s well-known push-feed action deign. It comes with a 20.5-inch CZ barrel, cold hammer-forged and lapped. An American-pattern stock exhibits a pistol grip, slight palm swell and high, flat comb. The polymer stock includes a Soft Touch surface, providing a non-slip grip in all weather conditions.
The rifle comes chambered in several cartridges, including .308 Win., .30-06 and 6.5 Creedmoor. The 6.5 CM version includes a muzzle with 5/8×24 threads for a suppressor or brake.
