The Scorpion 3+ Carbine stems from military and law enforcement personnel feedback, according to CZ. The platform comes with a 16.3-inch barrel and two different stock configurations. One variant utilizes the Scorpion EVO folding stock, with three adjustment points for length of pull.

Ambidextrous controls include the AR-style magazine release and bolt catch/release. CZ also relocated position compared to the earlier EVO 3, providing a more familiar feel. A new magazine release remains backward compatible with previous generations of the Scorpion. A redesigned grip improves ergonomics and control, according to CZ. Meanwhile, an M-LOK handguard provides plenty of attachment for accessories.

A re-engineered magazine well utilizes a recessed front radius on the lower receiver. The end result delivers more purchase on the handguard, even with a gloved hand. When running the gun, the sights lower third co-witness with a standard red dot optic to ensure you’re never out of the fight.

The Scorpion 3+ family now comes in three different variants. The 3+ Micro features a 4.2-inch barrel, while the 3+ Pistol model comes with a 7.8-inch barrel.
