The CZ Scorpion line of firearms — carbine, Bren, and pistol — is a popular one, to say the least. The CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 actually won our 2018 Ballistic’s Best award for “Best Pistol-Caliber Carbine.”
CZ-USA updates the line pretty frequently. Back in April, CZ added Magpul furniture to Scorpion EVO 3 S1 carbines, which we really liked. However, the latest update is one shooters have been clamoring for for quite some time. New for 2020, the CZ Scorpion Micro Folder finally adds the much-requested folding brace.

CZ Scorpion Micro Folder Details
In 2018, CZ released a Scorpion EVO 3 S2 Micro Pistol with a collapsible brace. The first comment from most shooters was, “Where’s the folding brace?”
Well, fast-forward one year and the folder is finally here. The folding stock variant will be available for the 9mm Scorpion EVO 2 S2 Micro Pistol. The brace in question here is the SB Tactical SBTEVO Pistol Stabilizing Brace. SB Tactical’s SBTEVO features an integral, side-folding mechanism.
Beyond the folding brace, CZ also added Magpul MBUS sights and a KAK Industry’s Flash Can for the muzzle device. With the folding brace and the short barrel, the Scorpion EVO 2 S2 Micro Pistol is a very nice, compact defense package.
MSRP on the CZ Scorpion Micro Folder is likely to be around $1,200. Watch the video above to see the new Scorpion Folder in action on the range. For more information, please visit CZ-USA.com.
