VIDEO: Faxon EXOS Pistol Compensators Reduce Muzzle Climb/Recoil

Ohio based Faxon Firearms is on the move with a steady stream of products for handgun enthusiasts and consumers alike. This year they have released barrels for popular pistol models as well as magazine extensions for the Glock 19. Likewise, with their recent release of EXOS pistol compensators, Faxon makes the move into high performance related products.

Faxon EXOS Pistol Compensators

The new line of pistol compensators is machined from 6061 aluminum and receive a black anodized coating. Not only do the anodized aluminum compensators improve performance, but they also enhance the aesthetics.

In detail, the compensators feature a uniquely angled front port single chamber design. This design therefore enables the compensator to improve consistency and reduce muzzle climb and recoil. Angled ports allow the gas to deflect upwards in contrast to only deflecting to the sides. As a result, the reduced up and down muzzle movement improves reliability.

Each compensator model fits with Faxon branded barrels and fits flush with the slide. However, all other barrels should protrude .600 inch or less for a flush fit. The compensators feature 1/2×28 threading and also come complete with thread locker, two 6-32 set screws and a 1/16 Allen wrench.

Availability

Faxon EXOS pistol compensators are available now, with an MSRP of $85.00. For more info, please visit FaxonFirearms.com.
