The last new folding knife to be released by Gerber in 2014 thus far is the Order.
Designed as a multi-purpose utility knife, the Gerber Order Folding Knife features a 3.1-inch blade made from 420HC steel with a black ceramic coating to protect against corrosion and minimize reflective surfaces in a variety of different conditions. Similar to the previously announced Edict and Decree knives, the handle on the Order is made of glass-filled nylon and and over-molded with a rubberized diamond texture, which provides the end user with a secure grip when cutting, prying, digging and performing other utility tasks. The blade also has a thumbhole for easy one-handed opening, while the lock back mechanism ensures structural integrity. This knife continues Gerber’s tradition of quality, American-made products.
The Order folding knife by Gerber is available at a manufacturer suggested retail price of $48.00. See below for additional details.
