The following is a press release from Heinie Specialty Products
Heinie Specialty Products is now offering sights for the popular new subcompact Glock 42 .380 and Glock 43 9mm pistols.
The rear sight features the proven Heinie Ledge design. The Ledge allows the pistol to be cycled with one hand in emergencies, by hooking the rear sight on objects such as clothing, holster, belt or wall.

The front and rear sights each contain a Heinie Straight Eight tritium vial for use in low light. The vertical two-dot alignment is faster and less confusing than a three-dot alignment. No need to line up and space three horizontal dots. If you can see both Straight Eight dots with one right above the other, you’re on.
The tritium vial in the front sight is slighter larger than the rear vial to draw the eye to the front. Heinie Straight Eight sights feature a deep wide square notch, which provides faster pick-up of the front sight.
Sight faces are angled in the famous Heinie Slant Pro configuration, serrated to eliminate reflection. Front and rear sights are both finished in super-hard Melonite for low friction and corrosion resistance.

We recommend sights be installed by a competent Pistolsmith or send your slide to Heinie Specialty Products for expert, fast installation.
