California-based Hogue, a leading manufacturer of handgun grips, long rifle stocks, AR components, knives and accessories, is expanding their Hogue Gear line by introducing the brand new Big Fifty Gun Bag (“BFG Bag”) and the new Double Rifle Bag.

According to the press release, the BFG bag is designed for long rifles and “oversized weaponry.” Indeed, it accommodates a rifle or other weapon up to 64” in length. It boasts a rugged exterior of nylon-stitched, high-tenacity 1000 Denier Cordura polyester fabric, bar-tack stitching at various stress points, and tough YKK zippers. It also has three internal Velcro straps. The outside has four large Cordura patches with oversized Velcro flaps, one lined front and back with a diamond stitch backing for added protection. This bag also has three separate handles placed evenly from butt to muzzle, making it easy for shooters to “grab and go.” The BFG bag is available in Black or OD Green with an MSRP of $419.95.

The Double Rifle Bag is another addition to the Hogue Gear line. According to the press release, it’s a two-in-one bag with internal long gun pockets. Each pocket is double lined with soft, faux-suede, diamond-stitched over cotton filling, separated by foam lining and a YKK zipper. The outside boasts two oversized Cordura patches with large Velcro flaps, as well as five sub-compartments, each with a nylon and rubber strap-down system for protecting your gear during transport. This bag also has padded handles placed butt and topside, giving shooters two “grab and go” options. A 5-point D-ring system ensures ideal center of gravity for any configuration in this bag, including muzzle up or muzzle down. A durable padded nylon sling for support is also included.
