Just Right Carbines, a New York-based company which manufactures carbine rifles for law enforcement, competition shooting and civilian use, as well as other parts and accessories, has announced that their rifles can now be used with Smith & Wesson M&P magazines. Previously, rifles manufactured by Just Right Carbines were designed to use only with Glock and 1911 magazines.
Chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W, the M&P magazine models are available in three different variants: the Quad Rail model, the Takedown Tube model, and the Marine model. In addition, these come in five separate finishes: Black, Desert Camo, Muddy Girl, ReaperZ Green and Marine (nickel). There are also restricted state compliant models for the end user who lives in California, New York and other states.
The Just Right Carbine is an ambidextrous, straight blowback-operated, semi-automatic, pistol-caliber carbine with telescoping 6-position collapsible buttstock and free-floating quadrail forend. It also includes a Picatinny rail for mounting optics and accessories. See below for additional details.
