Kahr Arms is well-known for its boundless line of handguns, like those featured in the TP Series.
However, with an economy that requires more value from the price of a weapon, Kahr took the best features of its TP Series and developed the CT Series.
The CT is the largest pistol Kahr Arms produces and incorporates all of the same features offered on Kahr’s premium line of guns, including a single-stack magazine, Karh’s superb contoured-grip design with integrated side panel, front and backstrap checkering, patented Kahr “safe cam action” DAO (double-action-only) trigger system, a steel subframe within the polymer frame, a stainless steel slide and two-dot sights
The full-size frame and single stack of the Kahr Arms CT Series allows for fantastic control of the pistol. The new CT40, CT45 and CT9 all feature the full-size polymer frame with a stainless steel slide and white bar-dot sight configuration.
Kahr’s CT40 features a 4-inch barrel, an overall length of 6.5 inches, a height of 5.13 inches and a slide width of .94 inches. It weighs just 21.8 ounces with the magazine, making it very slim, lightweight and perfect for concealed carry.
The Kahr CT45 has a barrel length of 4.04 inches, an overall length of 6.57 inches, a height of 5.25 inches and a slide width of 1.01 inches. It weighs 23.7 ounces with the magazine.
Specs were not available for the Kahr CT9.
All three models of the Kahr Arms CT Series features a 7+1 capacity and ship with one seven-round stainless steel magazine.
The three models retail at an affordable $449 for all .40 S&W, .45 ACP and 9mm configurations.
Shipments for the CT Series began in February 2014.
