First introduced last year in Kahr’s CW9093BCF, the finish on the CW38333BCF and the CT9093BCF pistols comes in a polymer carbon fiber weave pattern, giving the pistol a 3D appearance while also offering a textured grip for a firmer hold. The slide is matte stainless steel.
The CW38333BCF pistol is chambered in .380 ACP and sports a 2.58-inch barrel with conventional rifling; overall length of 4.96 inches; height of 3.9 inches and weighs 10.2 ounces. The CT9093BCF model, meanwhile, is available in 9mm and has a four-inch barrel; overall length of 6.5 inches; height of 5.08 inches; and weighs 18.5 ounces. Both guns feature a white three-dot sight; trigger cocking DAO; lock-breach; “Browning-type” recoil lug, and a passive striker block with no magazine disconnect.
The CW380 black carbon fiber model has a 6+1 capacity and a MSRP of $439. The CT9 version has a larger mag capacity, 8+1, and is priced a little higher at $485.
