Lipsey’s Limited 10
For those of you who don’t know, Lipsey’s is one of the largest firearms distributors in the country. With that title, comes a slew of exclusive firearms that you can only get from Lipsey’s. A lot the “exclusives” have enhanced features that you literally won’t find anywhere else.
So, without further ado, here’s a list of 10 new pistols from Lipsey’s.
SIG Sauer P365 NRA
The SIG P365 is the hottest concealed-carry pistol on the market, so Lipsey’s worked with SIG to produce a special-edition Coyote Tan model to support the NRA. Featuring the same Coyote Tan slide and frame as the U.S. Army’s new SIG M17, the P365 NRA comes with a special serial number, a limited-edition challenge coin and three magazines: one flush-fitting 10-rounder, one 10-rounder with a pinky extension and an extended 12-rounder. Sig X-RAY3 front and rear night sights round out the package.
Glock 43 Vickers Edition
Lipsey’s has teamed up again with retired Delta Force operator Larry Vickers on the new Glock 43 Vickers Edition. This Glock 43 features front cocking serrations for the first time and special “LAV” serial numbers. Each pistol comes equipped with a lime-green, 0.125-inch-wide AmeriGlo tritium front sight and a Wilson Combat Vickers U-notch rear sight. In addition to the factory parts, a TangoDown Vickers slide stop, magazine catch and two-round magazine extension are included in the box. In other words, this Lipsey’s Exclusive Glock 43 is carry ready out of the box.
Ruger Bisley .454 Casull
Boasting rugged stainless steel construction and the recoil-taming Bisley grip frame, the Lipsey’s Exclusive Ruger .454 Casull is ready for the biggest of game. Available with an easy-to-carry 4.63-inch barrel, this 48-ounce, five-shot cannon can be on your side at all times in the wild. Don’t need that kind of power? No problem. You can also fire .45 Colt ammunition through the gun for when less recoil is appreciated. A 6.5-inch-barreled version is also available for those wanting a premier hunting revolver at an affordable price.
SIG Sauer P220 10mm
The 10mm Auto cartridge has never been more popular. Lipsey’s worked with SIG Sauer to chamber the classic P220 in this semi-auto powerhouse. Featuring the classic DA/SA SIG action, a 5-inch barrel and a steel frame, the 10mm P220 is perfect for the street or the woods. Night sights, an accessory rail and G10 grip panels come standard. The reverse two-tone finish is both functional and eye catching. Two 8-round magazines come with the pistol.
Rock Island Armory XT-22
Want an instant classic? The Lipsey’s Exclusive XT-22 from Rock Island Armory combines the .22 Magnum with the 1911 platform. Featuring a 14-round magazine, a matte black finish and a fiber-optic front sight, the XT-22 shoots flat and has enough firepower on board for any situation. The pinned 5-inch barrel and delayed-blowback action tame the hot .22 Magnum cartridge, and the checkered rubber grip panels make this all-steel pistol extremely comfortable to fire for even the most recoil-sensitive shooter.
Hush Puppy Project
The Lipsey’s Exclusive Hush Puppy Project takes suppressed shooting to the next level. The patented Slide Lock Device (SLD) locks the slide in battery upon firing, eliminating the sound of the slide reciprocating and the “port pop” from a fired round. The SLD, combined with the Hush Puppy Model 1 hybrid/modular suppressor and Super Vel’s subsonic Hush Puppy 9mm ammo, offers true “Hollywood” levels of suppression. The Model 1 suppressor is a monocore design with replaceable wipes for true “Tunable Technology.” Currently, SLD-modified Glock and S&W M&P M2.0 pistols are available exclusively through Lipsey’s.
Ruger GP100 5” Half Lug
The GP100 is the workhorse double-action revolver in the Ruger line. Lipsey’s wanted to create a retro-looking version that would make the ultimate field revolver. The resulting GP100s feature 5-inch, half-lug barrels, gold bead front sights and Roper-style walnut grips. Currently, seven-shot .327 Federal Magnum, six-shot .357 Magnum, six-shot 10mm and five-shot .44 Special models are available. The 5-inch, half-lug barrel is the perfect combination of balance, ease of carry and sight radius.
Ruger Bearcat Shopkeeper
The Lipsey’s Exclusive Shopkeeper takes the classic Ruger Bearcat and cuts it down into the perfect kit gun. Featuring a 3-inch barrel, all-stainless construction, smooth rosewood grips and a bird’s-head grip frame, the Shopkeeper is a gun suited for a belt holster, a back pocket or a tackle box. The engraved, non-fluted cylinder holds six .22 LR rounds. The crescent-head ejector rod extends over the base pin to help extract the fired casings. At 22 ounces, you can always have the Shopkeeper on your side.
Glock Gen5 FDE & Gray
Lipsey’s has added Gen5 9mm pistols to its line of Glocks with Flat Dark Earth (FDE) and gray frames. These are the only FDE- and Gray-frame Glocks that are molded in that color at the Glock factory. The Lipsey’s Exclusive models are not coated or dipped. All Gen5 9mm models are currently available, including the G17, G19, G26 and G34.
Ruger Super Blackhawk Bisley
The Ruger Super Blackhawk in .44 Magnum remains synonymous with the rugged outdoorsman. Lipsey’s wanted to produce a model that was easier to carry and easier to shoot. This special edition has a 3.75-inch barrel so you can have a big-bore sidearm at all times in the wilderness. The Bisley grip frame helps tame the sharp recoil of full-power .44 Magnum loads, and the cut-down base pin allows the ejector rod to travel farther in order to extract fired casings. Whether salmon fishing in Alaska or roaming the hog-infested woods of the south, this is the sixgun for you.
