LWRCI just announced its most recent E Series rifle, expanding the company’s direct impingement line. The new LWRCI IC Discovery comes billed as a “high performance” “ready to shoot package.”

LWRCI constructs the Discovery using the same high-performance materials and quality manufacturing the company is know for, according to LWRCI. The selection of components aims to comprise an ergonomic, functional build. It comes with a mono-forged, one-piece upper. The rifle includes an LWRCI free-float rail, NiCorr-treated and a DI Gas Block and Gas Tube. A LWRCI 16-inch cold-hammer forged barrel features spiral fluting, tipped with a traditional A2 flash hider. An LWRCI Compact stock adds a QD sling mount for further utility.

“We want to offer consumers a quality affordable LWRCI™ rifle while giving our dealers the ability to stock a “Better- Best” option with LWRCI” says David Ridley, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “The new Discovery Direct Impingement model delivers on both fronts.”

The IC Discover lower comes with a Magpul MOE+ Grip and standard, non-ambi controls. An LWRCI Enhanced Fire Control Group, Advanced Trigger Guard and Magpul PMAG provide some welcome component upgrades. The rifle comes in FDE, OD Green, Tungsten Grey, Premier Gray or Patriot Brown finishes.
