The Model 1895 Guide Gun comes chambered in .45-70 Gov’t. It features a 19-inch cold hammer-forged barrel with a 1:20 twist. The threaded barrel (11/16″-24) comes with a match-polished thread protector. It also accommodates a host of common muzzle devices.

The Marlin Model 1895 Guide Gun features a brown laminate stock and an alloy-steel receiver.

The Guide Gun sports a brown laminate stock featuring crisp checker for good purchase and grip in all weather conditions. This rifle also utilizes a traditional, fully-adjustable semi-buckhorn sight system. The ally steel receiver, big loop lever and trigger guard each feature a non-glare, blued, satin finish.
