The size of Maxpedition‘s new Unterduffel Adventure Bag might be surprising. Not because it’s astronomically tiny, but because of how much can be done with the dimensions provided.
The Unterduffel Adventure Bag, the smallest in Maxpedition’s line of adventure bags, has a length of 13 inches, a width of 9 inches and a height of 20 inches, with a volume of 38 liters. The main compartment has measurements of 12 inches, 8 inches and 19 inches, respectively.
The exterior front of the Unterduffel Adventure Bag features an integrated padded grab handle made from 1.5-inch webbing, four rows of 7-channel PALS webbing, full dual-directional zippered access to the main compartment with lockable, No. 10 YKK self-healing zippers. It also contains one 12-inch long by 7-inch high zippered slip pocket with a 6-inch wide zippered opening.
Other features of the Unterduffel Adventure Bag include a full clam shell opening, 1050-Denier water and abrasion resistant light-weight ballistic nylon fabric and TeflonTM fabric protector for grime resistance and easy maintenance
The Unterduffel Adventure Bag is an acceptable size for carry-on by FAA regulations and most airlines and is sized to fit under most airline seats.
The Unterduffel Adventure Bag comes in four different colors: Black, OD Green, Khaki and Foliage Green. Dark Brown will be available soon. The bag retails for $181.99.
