Modular Driven Technologies Updates Chassis Line With TAC21 Gen 2

Modular Driven Technologies recently updated its precision rifle chassis system line with the TAC21 Gen2. The MDT TAC21 originally launched in 2009, and now receives a number of design updates.

MDT TAC21 Gen2 Chassis

The end cap now removes quickly and easily via a locking adjustable lever. The chassis also features upgraded barricade stop grooves, ambidextrous mag latch and a 15-inch full rail M-LOK forend.

The chassis system utilizes a straight-line design. The design helps ensure recoil pushes directly back into the shooter’s shoulder, according to MDT. The feature helps with accuracy and follow-up shots. The chassis system also features an integrated top rail and an enclosed action housing. It accommodates AICS magazines, with the ability to use AR buttstocks and grips.

The Gen2 system utilizes 6061 aluminum. It features a V-block bedding and black or flat dark earth Cerakote finish. The Gen2 comes to fit Remington 700 SA, Remington 700 LA, Tikka SA, Tikka LA, Savage SA, Savage LA, Right Handed.
