Mossberg previewed some new products for 2009 at NASGW. The first is the new Mossberg 4×4 bolt action rifle with their new “Lightning Bolt Action Adjustable Trigger System”. In this photo to the left, you’ll see the adjustment process, requiring only a flat-head screw driver. This rifle is available in many configurations and six calibers ranging from .25-06 Rem. to .338 Win. Mag. The 4×4 rifle has a 24-inch barrel and a matte blue finish. We don’t have a picture of it yet, but Tactical-Life.com is also anxiously awaiting Mossberg’s new “Night Train”.
Another new product was the “Road Blocker.” The arrowhead muzzle brake may look strikingly familiar to .50-caliber rifle shooters. Mossberg states that it is functional and does reduce felt recoil.
