Motorola Solutions, Inc. has unveiled its first series of earmuffs that connect with Motorola TALKABOUT® two-way radios. The earmuffs include a cable with a PTT (Push-to-Talk) microphone to allow hunters the convenience of communicating and protecting their hearing at the same time. The new line-up features the MHP61 Isolation Earmuff and the MHP71 and MHP81 Electronic Earmuffs.
Overall safety is an important concern for hunters and having the right hearing protector gear is vital for outdoorsmen to protect their ears and enjoy their sport for years to come. The Motorola Talkabout MHP61, MHP71 and MHP81 Earmuffs provide hunters maximum ear protection, while allowing them to conveniently communicate with their instructor at the range. They are also effective for communication while hunting in the field or between duck blinds without disturbing the game. Hunters simply can insert the PTT microphone assembly cable to the headset and use the PTT microphone on the cord to communicate while the radio is secured on their clothing.
