Davidson’s just announced it is the new exclusive distributor of a little known name to most, North Star Arms. The company reportedly boasts experience in defense work. Now the North Star NS15 heads to the civilian market via Davidson’s.
The Scoop on the New North Star NS15 Rifle
“After years of supporting the defense industry under Profense, the need to support the U.S. consumer was soon realized,” said a company release. “North Star Arms was born as an answer to this need. North Star Arms was founded in 2020 in Phoenix, Ariz. Managed and driven by a team with a successful background in the firearms industry, NSA was launched to produce exceptional rifles. With a state-of-the-art facility and a team with decades of experience, NSA has established themselves as the gold standard in AR15 production.”
The NS15 rifle becomes the first product of the new venture. It features a Hogue buttstock and Hogue enhanced trigger guard. An ALG Defense mil-spec trigger provides the fire control. A Ballistic Advantage 16-inch QPQ-coated HBAR barrel and mid-length gas system round out the package.
