The next Sexual Assault Fundamental Escapes women’s self-defense course will be available on March 22, 2014, hosted by the American Black Belt Academy in Georgia.

SAFE is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels and is a specialized women’s self defense program designed and taught by retired Master Sgt. Randy McElwee, a Special Forces combat veteran.
The program uses many principles of integrated reality combatives and other self-defense strategies, modified for women and for dealing with the most common types of attacks.

The two-hour course costs $29.99, and on Saturday, participants paying for one course will get a second course at no charge.
