“When we decided to develop a line of shotguns, we reached out to our preferred dealers in both the European and U.S. Markets and some of our customers to see what they wanted, what we developed will certainly make an impact in the marketplace,” said Alessandro Pietta, Vice President of Pietta Firearms. “We couldn’t be happier with the series, it has a shotgun for everyone and the extra incentives and quality that our customers wanted.”

Challenge Series shotguns feature Italian manufacturing and design. The company offers both gas- and recoil-operated systems within the series. The Mistral model comes in a gas-operated design. Meanwhile, the Zephyrus and Ghibli are recoil-operated shotguns.
