Primary Weapons Systems Releases 3D Printed BDE Suppressors

When it comes to shooting suppressed, weight can be a big factor—you don’t want your muzzle weighed down. For this reason, Primary Weapons Systems utilizes 3D-printed aerospace-grade titanium in the construction of its BDE line of suppressors. As a result, the company offers four different caliber options that won’t weigh your firearm down.

Constructed of 3D-printed aerospace-grade titanium, the BDE line provides options between 4.2 ounces and 17.4 ounces, depending on the model. According to the company, 3D-printed titanium is lighter and stronger than traditionally machined titanium. So, you can expect your can to provide long-lasting, lightweight performance.

The lineup features four different caliber options with the BDE 762, BDE 556, BDE 9mm, and BDE 22. Between the four suppressor, you can find the right caliber for you, from .22 up to .300 WM.

The BDE 762

The BDE 762 offers compatibility up to .300 WM and has a diameter of 1.75 inches. However, the company recommends using a firearm with a minimum barrel length of 10.5-inches when shooting .223/5.56 or select fire. The universal 1.375×24 TPI pattern offers compatibility with most suppressor mounts.

A PVD coating on the outside provides a durable, long-lasting finish. Additionally, the modular design features removable baffles to modify length (between 6.5-8.2 inches) and noise reduction ratings. Similarly, the taper-threaded baffles prevent carbon locking and loosening between baffles. Likewise, symmetrical internal baffle notches increase accuracy, while exterior textures dissipate heat mirage.
