According to the press release, it is the only conceal carry jacket currently available which accommodates cross-draw or strong-side draw for both left and right-handed shooters. With this jacket, the end user can safely grip their concealed firearm without attracting attention. It simply gives the appearance of somebody having their hands in their pockets. In extreme situations, the wearer can also shoot directly through the jacket without having to draw the concealed weapon.

The Full Metal Jacket contains interchangeable detachable holster rigs which are compatible with a number of different handguns. It also has a zippered chest pocket, two zippered handwarmer pockets, two hidden strong-side draw pockets, two interior cross-draw pockets, additional padding sewn in which obscures the outline of the firearm, and a built-in shoulder harness which distributes weight over the shoulders and minimizes the “sagging” effect.
