This aptly named carbine is chambered in .458 SOCOM and features a 14.5-inch chrome moly bull barrel with a 1:14 twist. It also boasts a forged AR upper receiver, a two-stage trigger, a hogue rubber pistol grip, a low profile gas block, an RRA Delta CAR buttstock, a TRO-XL extended length free float rail, and the RRA ‘Beast’ muzzle brake which is pinned and welded on. In addition, the LAR-458 has an overall weight of 7.6 pounds, 37 inches, and an accuracy of 1.5 MOA at 100 yards. This rifle was designed for a number of different applications, including tactical and hunting.
