Westfield, MA-based gun manufacturer Savage Arms is putting out two new affordable rimfire rifles: the Mark II FXP in 22 Long Rifle and 93 FXP in 22 WMR.
Both rifles boast a reliable, waterproof 3-9x40mm Bushnell scope that comes mounted and boresighted. Shooters need only send a few rounds downrange to confirm their zero—then they’re ready to start plinking or head to the field.
In addition, each rifle has a 1 in 16″ twist rate, an overall length of 39.5 inches, and a barrel length of 21 inches. They also have a carbon steel, button-rifled, 21-inch barrel, a checkered synthetic stock, a Black matte finish, and Savage Arms’ renowned, user-adjustable AccuTrigger. The Mark II FXP also includes an olive drab green colored stock and a bull barrel for optimal accuracy. Both rifles weigh six pounds.
MSRP for the Mark II FXP is $291.00, while the 93 FXP is available at $314. See below for additional details.
