Secure Firearm Products' Electronic Access Wall Vaults

New for 2015, Missouri-based Secure Firearm Products has announced the forthcoming release of their Electronic Access Wall Vaults for the home, available in two sizes — one for handguns and smaller valuables, and a bigger one for AR rifles and larger valuables.

As the name implies, these new SFP Wall Vaults allow for electronic remote control access, in addition to a Medeco lock/key system for manual opening. According to the press release, both vaults can be opened by keying in your personal access code using the included remote control or a universal remote.

“Traditional wall safes are often too small and difficult to open or access,” says Tammy Surgi of SFP. “Small internal storage space makes many of them impractical for handguns, tactical firearms and other valuables. In addition, vault or safe digital locking systems are seldom easy to see and access. With the SFP remote-control, you just punch in your personally selected code, and the vaults automatically open up. For manual opening, you simply use your Medeco high security key.”

The brand new Electronic Access Wall Vaults boast a heavy gauge steel construction with a rechargeable battery operated locking system. As the press release notes, these vaults are easily installed on 16″ or 24″ centers between the studs of your walls. The vault’s face extends 1/8th inch from the wall, making the vaults an ideal concealed solution behind a mirror, picture, or even clothes in a closet. See below for a rundown of features.
