With the arrival of a new pistol comes the inevitable wave of holsters to accommodate it. One of the companies that always seems to be among the first on the scene is DeSantis Gunhide, which just announced four fits for the newly-released Smith & Wesson M&P Shield M2.0 with the integrated Crimson Trace laser.

First up is the N87 Pro-Stealth. It’s an ambidextrous, IWB holster honed from tough ballistic nylon. The spring clip is specially-designed and holds the Pro-Stealth to your belt, and can be removed for left or right hand carry. The mag pouch is a standard added feature for autoloader models. An optional thumb break is available as well. MSRP on this one is $38.99.
Next is the Tuck This II. Designed to optimize your concealed carry capabilities, this IWB holster is crafted from 1050D black Ballistic nylon. On the inside, a slippery pack cloth ensures easy draws. A customizable belt tab can even reposition your weapon from cross draw to FBI strong side carry, DeSantis says. The design of the holster allows for shirts to be tucked in between the gun and trousers for even more concealment. This one accommodates belts up to 1 3/4″ wide. The suggested retail here is $43.99.
If pocket carry is your preference, the Nemesis might be a good option. Touted for its ability to keep the gun in place when you’re out and about, this holster’s “stubborn grip is made possible by a material so technologically advanced, it may be the most viscous in all concealed carry,” the press release says. Meanwhile, the interior surface sports a slick pack cloth which enables low friction draw, and the foam core helps to minimize printing. MSRP is $25.99.
Rounding out the options for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield M2.0 is the Super Fly. This holster sports a sticky rubberized fabric even more viscous than the Nemesis. A removable outer flap removes lines and helps to disguise your firearm. A special polymer helps with body reinforcement. The pack cloth on the inside helps with low friction draws. This holster comes in custom back or front pocket designs. The MSRP here is $39.99.
Chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W, the M&P Shield M2.0 has a 3.1-inch barrel and comes with an M&P M2.0 crisp trigger with lighter trigger pull; tactile and audible trigger reset; and aggressive grip texture. The pistol sports a slim profile and an 18-degree grip angle, similar to other offerings in the M&P shield lineup. The M&P Shield M2.0 is also available with both white dot sights or tritium night sights, and ships with one standard and one extended grip magazine. The MSRP for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield M2.0 is $479, or  $579 with tritium night sights. The model with the integrated Crimson Trace laser retails for $499.
