SNEAK PEEK: NAA SIDEWINDER

For nearly four decades NAA’s little .22 rimfire five-shooters could only be reloaded by removing their cylinders. Not so with the Sidewinder. This revolver features a swing-out cylinder and simultaneous ejection, without any undue increase in size or weight. (The average .22 Magnum NAA mini-revolver weighs 5.9 ounces, while the new Sidewinder comes in at 6.7 ounces.) And stainless steel construction and wood laminate grips allow the Sidewinder to be concealed anywhere.

It is also available with a .22 LR cylinder that is easily replaceable and can be used for inexpensive practice. I found that the Sidewinder’s ejector rod actually worked quite well and was impressed with the accuracy potential demonstrated at 21 feet.
